Python Job: Machine Learning Engineer Intern

We’re looking to add an ambitious Machine learning engineer Intern to our dynamic team. We’re a small team headquartered in Germany.

We enable digital efficiency in logistics between trusted business partners. We’re on a mission to make logistics sustainable and fair for all by creating tools with cutting-edge technology that empower logistics companies of all sizes.

TrustedTrucks is a new logistics platform that helps logistics service providers manage their suppliers with simple verification, communication, and quality assurance tools.

We’re making logistics better for everyone by helping businesses to do what they do best, better.

Tasks

• You will help the team to maintain and improve the current machine learning models and create new solutions based on the company's needs.
• Building machine learning pipelines and models for pricing data in the logistic field.
• Writing unit tests to ensure the robustness of pipelines and improve modeling infrastructures, and features.
• Working with other engineers and analysts for collecting data from the web.
• Creating dashboards and charts.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Familiarity with Python scientific stack ( numpy, pandas, scikit learn, matplotlib, pytorch, and tesnorflow) and also interactive visualization tools like bokeh, plotly, and dash.
• You can write clean and maintainable code that follows best practices in software engineering such as testing and CI/CD.
• Communication skills to explain the intuition behind your models to other engineers in the team.
• Excellent problem-solving and forward-thinking skills.

Bonus points:

• Experience with Flask/FastAPI
• Docker and Kubernetes
